2025 – Present
Founder & Product Design Lead — StudioXDS
2023 – 2025
Director of UX — IncidentIQ
Directed end-to-end core product design, strategy, research, and accessibility, leading a five-person team and partnering with Product and Engineering. Strengthened product definition and validation for technical workflows, defined AI-assisted ticketing strategy, and architected a unified design system — improving product consistency, execution velocity, and delivery quality across the platform.
2016 – 2023
Head of Design, Product & Systems — Teamgantt
Led end-to-end product design and design systems as principal IC for a planning and collaboration platform serving 1M+ users. Simplified core planning workflows and redesigned onboarding and upgrade journeys — improving product clarity, usability, and conversion across the customer lifecycle.
2015 – 2017
Design Leadership — Human Interest
Led product design for Human Interest from its earliest stage, partnering directly with founders and engineering to shape onboarding, payroll, compliance, and plan administration. Established guided workflows and delivery practices — reducing onboarding friction and improving customer retention and lifetime value.
2012 - 2016
Product Creative Director — GoFundMe Charity
Directed the end-to-end fundraising experience, serving as principal IC within a 50-engineer organization. Established information architecture, workflow structure, and donor models across donation, campaigns, nonprofit onboarding, and payments — improving trust, completion, and consistency across the platform.
2012 – 2015
Led product design in partnership with the CTO and engineering. Established a unified identity architecture that standardized SSO and district access while preserving school-specific requirements — strengthening trust and usability and reducing implementation support.

Creating impact through bold results and lasting collaborations
Brandon helped us turn feedback into clear decisions, avoid going in circles, and build the foundation for Human Interest’s early growth.

Brandon connected product vision to infrastructure, helping shape an experience now used by more than 14,000 school organizations.

Working with Brandon is a lot of fun, and I’ve learned a lot from him as a designer. He has a great eye for design and can bring ideas to life quickly. He’s a great teammate, and I’m glad we have him.

Last-minute changes and shifting priorities can be frustrating, but Brandon handles them well. His ability to stay positive and keep moving forward makes a difference to the team.

Brandon made CrowdRise easier to use while preserving the personality that made it different. His work helped us grow while keeping what people loved about the product.

Brandon’s systems-first approach made complex product decisions easier. Our engineering team moved faster and released more consistently.

Brandon gave product and engineering a shared system to build from. It helped us make decisions faster, release more consistently, and maintain a consistent product experience.
