Introduction
StudioXDS LLC (“StudioXDS,” “we,” “us”) is a UX systems consultancy led by Brandon Tully. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

You provide it: name, email, company, and message details via forms or email (e.g., brandon@studioxds.com).
Booking: limited info needed to schedule calls (e.g., name/email/time zone) via our scheduling tool (e.g., Cal.com).
Usage data & cookies: basic analytics (pages visited, device, referrer).
Newsletter (if used): email + consent.

We don’t sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the business (examples):
Email/Workspace: Google Workspace (email & files)
Scheduling: Cal.com (booking details)
Analytics: Plausible/Google Analytics (usage data)
Forms/CRM: {your tool}
These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements
Data retention
Inquiry/lead data: typically 12–24 months unless we engage or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Client/project records: kept as required for legal/accounting.
Analytics: kept in aggregate per tool defaults.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you can request to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing. Email privacy@studioxds.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies and minimal analytics to understand site performance. You can adjust your browser settings to block cookies. If we use Google Analytics, you can also install Google’s opt-out add-on.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
International transfers
We may store/process data in the U.S. and other countries. When we transfer data, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs where applicable).
Children
Our site and services aren’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We’ll update this policy as needed and post the new date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
